It shall be the purpose of the "Musicians Against Hate" (Speak Out & Make Noise Concert) to educate and improve communication on the issue of combating all forms of discrimination and bias in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The target audience is open to all residents of the CommonWealth of Pennsylvania with emphasis on the student population.

A Note about the Promoter
The Pennsylvania Network of Unity Coalitions (the event promoter) exists to assist, support, and encourage community based groups in their work to promote a climate of respect, harmony, and justice and counter hate group activity throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
